Unhitched is a dry hire mobile bar made for fun, flexible, unforgettable events. You can rent just the trailer or choose trailer + bartending — whatever fits your vibe and how hands-on you want to be.
With trailer only rental, we drop it off, style it, and pick it up when the party’s over — simple, easy, and perfect for DIY events or venues with their own bartenders.
When bartending is added, we handle it all. You provide the alcohol (or skip it), and we’ll help you create your custom drink menu, bring all bar essentials, and take care of setup, service, and teardown so it’s completely stress-free.

Hey! I’m Lydia — an event-loving, chaos-thriving small-town girl who turned her bev cart obsession into a business. I started Unhitched to bring a fun, flexible, and totally Insta-worthy mobile bar experience to northern Minnesota. I’m all about custom setups, good vibes, and helping you throw a party no one forgets.
